Benjamin Silber has been our Director since April of 2022 and was named our CEO and Chairman in July of 2022.

Mr. Silber is a former attorney that has worked in real estate and business law for over 50 years. Previously, Benjamin Silber was employed by several Pennsylvania entities: from 1977 through 1997 he was employed by Cape Enterprises. In 2000 through 2006 he was the licensed title producer for Savings Abstract Company in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. From 2007-2011 he became employed by the law firm of Kwasnick, Rodio, Kanowitz, and Buckley.  Since 2011, Mr. Silber has acted as a general business and contract consultant to small cap public companies.

Mr. Silber received his law degree from Widener School of Law. He specialized in real estate and business law.
